November's community of practice will focus on using employee feedback. When you're collecting regular survey and interview data (for ongoing engagement, culture, stay, or exit purposes), there's a wealth of input to leverage. We will explore how ESCs and their member districts can use this information to make meaningful changes.
Offered in conjunction with the Ohio Educational Service Center Association. You must be on staff at an ESC to take this class.
